The Crescent Office Towers consists of three contiguous buildings with a 19-story center structure. Build in 1986, it is the center of Dallas’ Class A office market.
Tug Hill Real Estate Partners, a division of Fort Worth company Tug Hill, has opened a real estate office at The Crescent in Dallas. The new office, a second location for Tug Hill Real Estate Partners, will focus on direct and sponsored real estate opportunities in Dallas and throughout Texas.
“In an uncertain economy, Texas real estate has been a great place to invest,” stated Matt Mildren, vice president, Tug Hill Real Estate Partners. “The Dallas real estate market also offers significant investing opportunities. Looking to increase business in Dallas, this new office gives us an opportunity to be present more consistently in Dallas as we look for real estate opportunities.”
Tug Hill Real Estate Partners closed its seventh Dallas investment just after opening the office, a sign that a more full-time presence is working. The property, located in Plano in collaboration with investment partner Standridge Companies, is called Windhaven Park. The property is hybrid of retail and medical office space.
Established in 2008, the mission of Tug Hill Real Estate Partners is to be a thoughtful and efficient investor in the real estate market. The company, historically focused on the Texas real estate market, recently sold three properties, bringing the current portfolio to 15 properties across each major real estate product type. Tug Hill Real Estate Partners has the ability to recycle capital into new investments and further expand its portfolio.
